This session will focus on the need for RTO’s to develop recognition strategies. It will showcase Group Recognition as an alternative to the traditional portfolio based strategy, including how Group Recognition has worked with two organisations, Yum! Restaurants International and the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC) to get their staff qualified. The webinar will also explore the need for recognition assessors to have their own skill set.
